Not a bad game after all but there are some issues with movement and switching gravity (you can't do it whenever you want, for example, in mid-air). Level-design could be something similar to Geometry Dash, but needs some polish.
Finally, I don't know why you submitted this game in the Brackeys Game Jam #5 since it's not about the game jam's theme.

I would slighthy tweek the movement which I think is really important to get right in platformers. Make the speed a little lower, so you can make more precious jumps.
Also I would rotate the player so he does not wall on his head. It's a minor thing really.

Great job for your first unity game! think about spiking off the walls so people don't infinitely fall in a void.
